Thousands of visitors throng here every year to communicate with each other about spirituality. For participating in the conversations, people need to submit an AIDS negative certificate. While meditating, the followers of Osho usually wear maroon robes. For discourses, they usually dress up in white attire. In the recent times, the followers at the Osho Dham have been given specific names. Men are called "Swami" and women are given the title of "Ma".

When people visit the Osho ashram, they are not supposed to be in touch with their families during their period of stay in the ashram. In the ashram, different kinds of meditation classes are held on a daily basis. They are usually for the duration of one hour. The main highlight of the day is the Osho White Robe Brotherhood, which begins at around 7 pm. It involves music, dance, meditation and discourse.
